This clams were very very good. We found out the if you cook them for 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes at 350* they come out better. Remember ovens are different and vary in efficiency. When we cooked them for the less amount of time they were moist and very flavorful. You should also put them on foil or parchment paper, because they tend to stick to the cookie sheet. Will definitely buy them again.
