Lobster Net's service is exceptional! UPS failed to complete their commitment to overnight delivery and Carol (I believe that was her name) called UPS and was persistent until she found our package and we were able to pick it up. The lobsters were alive and well and our anniversary dinner was perfect thanks to her commitment to customer service!
