Here at The Lobster Net
we believe in creating a "Positive Memorable Experience" for you, our
customer, every time you visit our store. If UPS is delayed because of
weather related issues, we WILL guarantee 100% of the package if it is not
delivered within 1 day of your requested delivery. The Lobster Net recommends someone be home to receive the package. If
you are unhappy with your delivered order, you must call us at 1-800-360-9520
within 1 business day after your order is delivered and explain what the issue
is and we will rectify it immediately. Please note all Live Lobster orders
should be eaten the day they are delivered as we do not guarantee the lobsters
will survive if kept overnight. Also, any erroneous charge back requests by a
customer to their credit card company will result in additional fees
incurred by the customer. Our
guarantee does not extend to the following: If a package cannot be
delivered due to errors in addresses given by the customer
All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling
800-633-0800. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery. |
