Lobster Net and FedEx will do all we can to ensure the weather does not impede
the delivery of your order. We will do our best to track potential weather that
could affect your order; however, it is up to you, our customers to be aware of your
local weather. In
some cases, we reserve the right to suspend or reschedule your delivery. Should
we make this decision, we will contact you immediately. The
Lobster Net is NOT responsible for delays or undelivered shipments.
Human Errors:
Please,
Double Check your shipping information before you place your order making sure
it is current, updated, and accurate! We will not refund, reimburse or be held
responsible for delayed shipping or lost shipments.
Holiday
Information:
We recommend ordering in advance and requesting a day sooner
than your event. If you’re ordering frozen products, have them delivered sooner
rather than later. You can easily store them in your freezer until ready to use.
FedEx pauses their commit time during the Holidays and there is no promise
of delivery times. Due to their overwhelming volume of deliveries some packages
may not arrive. With that being said, The Lobster Net cannot guarantee delivery
and will not be held responsible.
